If you've launched the CloudFormation template and your SNS subscription is still in a "Pending" state, you will see the following error:
Please follow these steps:
1. Ensure the AWS account has been connected to CloudSploit (it should be listed on the "AWS Accounts" page).
2. Ensure the account has been upgraded (the "Enrolled" button should be enabled on the same page).
3. Verify the AWS account you are launching the stack in is the correct account (you may be logged into a different AWS account).
4. Verify the "URLId" parameter that you passed into the CloudFormation template is the one provided to you by CloudSploit on the "Events" page during the setup process.
5. Click "Resend Confirmation" from the AWS SNS console.
