When you connect an IaaS account to CloudSploit, we will first attempt to use an available license slot in your CloudSploit account. For example, if your plan has 10 licenses, you've used 7, and you connect a new IaaS account, CloudSploit will apply the 8th license to that connection. However, if you are at the license limit, CloudSploit will still connect the account, but as an unlicensed connection. After upgrading the number of licneses in your account, you can then license the newly-connected IaaS account.
