Yes. CloudSploit supports multiple scan report notification settings. You can elect to receive an email every time we run a scan (not recommended for accounts with many IaaS accounts due to email volume), only when new risks are detected (recommended so you are notified of new findings) or never (not recommended since critical findings may be missed).
